These are the instructions I received with my ARB combo bar. I installed this bumper on a 2000 TLC. The instruction are spot on. I only changed a few things.
Item 7.. I reused the original bolts. They are the same length. (what they sent was grade 8)
Item 10 ...measurement is to the inside not outside whee the arrow is pointing.
Item 35 ... Fit the 10mm cage nuts on the bumper mounts before mounting bumper. Also if you are putting the rubber bumper pads on do this before mounting the bumper.
