April meeting minutes

not much new this month. we already had next months meeting set up and next months run is CM.

Ron, can you change the date info for April's run on the web site? it should read Sunday, April... the date is fine, the day needs changed from Sat.

also, it was mentioned that we should add pics of runs to the website as well. Ron can you snag some pics from recent threads and just throw them into a couple pages like the ones there? Daisy is willing to help if you need anything.

Evan's delegate report was that TLCA is closer to a balanced budget, but the membership drive is still on to get it fully balanced. they are adding an international individual rep. bylaws were changed to put it in place and there's only one person running, so he's a shoe in.

CM is around the corner. hope everyone's truck is ready!

Re: the website. The Member's Rigs page is in serious need of revamping (including the removal of ex-spouses names from the ownership line, ahem). And you guys that have all the weird ROW stuff need to chime in with some new pics (you hear me Lawrence?).

And people who've sold their trucks don't need to still have them posted either. I don't have anything to replace it with though so I guess just delete me from the section.

Wouldn't this be the reason we have the HDC vehicle registry thread? I would say post up there and when Ron has the time he can post the description and pics to the HDC site. If one would want to post a newer pic, edit your post and PM Ron to ask him to do an update if you can't. Not sure if it has been made known to members how to post thier own pics on the website, but that may save some time for Ron for those that know how to do it. For me I have been slackin' on my HTML skills, so I would not want to skrew anything up.

I'll try and find a simple way for anyone to upload pics/videos to be included in the site. For the member's rig page, just send me the details you would like, and the pics and I'll update it.
