I am sooooooooo damn tired of looking for that little bottle!

But I'm executing a fairly successful plan-B. Sleep for 12 hrs. Wake up at 3 PM, stay up around the clock and go to work a 12 hr day shift at 7 AM. and then push it into the 32 hr ... wierd , at 32-33 hrs I always fluctuate between being 'ready' for sleep .. and a desire to do pushups and crazy ass s***e.

Oh, and everyone one of my patients lived.

The other day as I picked up a patient and her daughter started walking away .. I actually smiled an assuring smile at her, and in my most polite voice said .. "I won't kill her .... "

    Swear to God! :D

I'm not TOO worried about you so far because you didn't say

    "I won't kill her.....here" or "...right now" :flipoff2:

(nor are you doing pushups in your sleep!)

good lord TY, my "normal" day job stresses me to the point
of insanity...I can't imagine having yours.

as you are likely well aware however (from some of
your martial arts related posts) it's ALL about focus.
Isolate the insanity and push it aside, work with what's left,
it's all about focus. Mine is currently way whacked...gotta
pull my s*** back to center before I explode.

    peace or something like it,

    jrr

Well, I snoozed, and snooooooooozed this AM. FInally awoke with 26 minutes to get to base! Screw it, I made sure the cat was fed and off I went .. shaved my melon at work. Good sleep though.. my thorax hasn't been bothering me much for some reason. I am using one of those orthopedic pillows so maybe that is the key. And I'm able to sleep on my sides a bit again ..

So Jrr, whats going on there? Tawwwwwwwwk to me :D

My wifey and kids left today for 2 weeks. So, I'm ramping up the riding a bit and getting some Cruiser maintenance done since I can have one down for a few days now.

Rode a quick 30 miles today with a professional triathlete and one of my fast buddies. It was 80 degrees out when I hit the door and we had rippin' steady 15-20 mph winds, so I put the aero bars back on figuring I'd be spending a lot of time alone and chasing them. It was a sweet ride, with a couple climbs where I went right to redline (182 bpm heart rate). Sensing weakness as we crested a hill and another hill was in sight, I jumped out of the saddle and held 15 mph up the second hill, crested that and literally fell onto the aero bars to try an escape. Got about 100 feet on them, but they quickly reeled me in on the flats. On the way home, we hit 48mph on a long descent.

Nice to come home and toss biking gear everywhere, then crank up some tunes and hang out with the cats. T - oil that chain and drop $15 on new brake pads!!
