Anyone replaced bearings in an ARB bumper? (1 Viewer)

Bearings in my spare tire carrier are shot. Wondering if anyone has replaced them could tell me if they are a common bearing I can get at a part store or something I am going to have to order from ARB?

Clean them up and there may be a manufacturer name and part number on them.

Anyone knows of a good replacement for the ARB rear swingout damper replacement? ARB 4590001 is not available anywhere in US but I imagine any old gas damper of proper dimensions would do!

Slee doesn't sell the ARB replacement struts anymore, unfortunately. They have one for their own bumper, which I ordered (along with the two end pieces). It works ok-ish, but would have been perfect if it was about an inch longer!
