Anyone replace just the headlight adjuster?

One of my headlight adjusters is busted. when I turn it nothing happens. Has anyone replaced it before? I'm assuming it's a replaceable part. haven't taken a real close look yet.

this is for a 2001 LC

so I went to adjust the headlight and I guess it was already maxed out in one direction and I turned it in the same direction and heard a pop. the entire assembly inside is now a bit wobbly if I push. Looks like it's the entire assembly that moves with the adjustment screws. My question is if this is repairable. I don't have a problem baking open the headlight but I just want to know what's inside first before I go about it.

The adjusters are ball & sockets and it sounds like you pulled one of the balls out of its socket by unscrewing it too far. Screw it in a bit and press really hard on the back of the housing to get the ball and socket seated together again.

didn't work. I baked open the headlight to take a look.
the back of the reflector housing where the screws mount into cracked.
Used plastic bonder to get it back together. Got it all back in the truck and works fine now. This item http://amzn.to/2Dz4TcA
