That cruiser is in Kona. It was built by Avalanch for a guy name Chris Norrie.

It has been sitting at a Shell station (atleast it was back in april when I moved) for sale for $30k for atleast 9 months. With the lava over there the military tires are great, but i don't think that thing saw very much off-road. It has a huge list of mods.
