Anyone know what this is??? Came on a 61 (1 Viewer)

Demoing a 61 and I’m pulling the harness. This part was bolted to the inner fender under the battery tray right hand side. Has a long positive cable so I’m guessing it has something to do with a winch. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks. Jim

Ah ha...now all I need is the factory winch Jay. I found a part number on a piece Of tape (on the positive able) and when I googled it that same description came up. I will research the function of this part.
