Anyone know this Bay Area 60?

Just curious if anyone knows who owns this 60-series. It lives here in silicon valley, looks like it has a lift (4"?), real nice. Its occasionally in the parking lot here at work (Palo Alto, CA)...?

I am hoping to go two tone with my rig using the blue on the bottom and an off-white on top. This is a really nice example of how that works.
