Seems easy enough to build. Don't really care for the ones on the Smitty Built console. Thanks for posting.

The seat-mounted version looks like it is suspended from a single seat mount bolt. It seems that it would benefit from an adjustable threaded foot at the cup end of it. This foot would sit on the truck floor and keep it from vibrating at speed, when empty. Just my .02 worth.

Not sure its "suspended" per se...couild be supported by floor.

I'm thinking to make it rectangular to go over to the passenger side and tie in on that seat bolt too.. Then, cup holder on each side. Looks simple, I may have to get my welder out.

I think this is such a simplistic design yet..so perfect for a 60. Would be interested in any improvements....
