the guy that did the video, dieselgiant, does a bunch of mercedes diesel stuff. He sells kits too.
I followed his instructions when I did my Mercedes purge. Two lines into the bottle and used an inline filter.
I caution doing a purge if you do not collect the return fuel and cycle it through a filter. As a lot of crap comes out of the IP and nozzles lines etc. Lots of carbon. I would not want it going back thru the pump.
