Anybody know of a good diesel cruiser mech. in Eugene?

I just recently moved up to Eugene OR with my 86 HJ60 and lookin to do some work to it and was wondering if anyone has any cruiser mechanic links that are familiar of a 2H diesel

You are in luck (Im sure). That 2H was commonly used in fork lifts all over the place. Infact, when I bought my HJ60 it had an AXT turbo that had been installed at a fork lift maintenance shop in Medford. Look for fork lift repair shops in your area.
