My Personal favorite paneltronics labels are

"Aiming System"
"Head Blower" = Junks mama?
"Keg Cooler"
"Rod Locker"

And for that self destruct switch
"Totalizer"

Of course, "Bathroom lights" would be a good toggle switch on the dash of a '40

in the end, I kept it simple and cheap - some of those option are way to $$ and modern for a 1974 rig. would be out of place (kind of like when I see an old LC with new modern seats it in.. just does not 'fit').

As it turns out, my chick has a label maker at work that can print on a clear background (I thought only black text on white BG was possible - which is why I said no label maaker optoin at first). So's, I did FAN, PUMP, BAJAS, BACKUP in a nice size 1, black, bold font style on clear background. so, it is clean and you just see black text floating there under the switch as the clear blends in perfect. clean.
