Having a difficult time locating anything that is sub $300, don't mind being used but my luck is always pretty poor when doing that..

part number is: 13470-61030 , everyone seems out of stock of the aftermarket stuff, also willing to rebuild if there is a kit out there

Dorman makes the part but as you said appears to be out of stock everywhere.
