So i got a bunch of rust i just noticed after washing my car. It runs along the bottom of the rear window under the seal.....whats the best and cheapest way to deal with it?

Pull window out, wire brush, prime and repaint? It i also need to replace that seal though. Its coming up too

Yeah and seal up your 3rd brake light. Well known that all 100s leak from that spot
