I don't have a callout for the plugs, but the way I reintegrated my painless into the Toyota was the GM way, both the blinkers and the hazards get their own flasher. It's easier to integrate that way, instead of running flasher power first through the hazard switch, then to the blinkers.

How many circuits is your painless? I'll dig out my notes if we have the same painless harness. I have the 21 circuit harness.
Thanks for the response. I have the 21 circuit harness. Electrical wiring is not my strong suit but I will look at how they call out the GM way in the manual. I am hoping to use the toyota switches if at all possible but it may not be an option. Any help you might provide would be greatly appreciated.

You can 100% keep all factory toyota and integrate into the GM. It shouldn't be super difficult. I'll pull up my notes.

Painless wiring has a instruction manual for wiring up a land cruiser. I used a fuse box mount from BTB. Things get kind of weird with the hazard switch and turn signals. Lots of people on mud have been down this road before! Search out the info. If I can do it you can. Looking at what you have done on this build I know you can do it. The biggest problem I had was when I figured it out. I would walk away from the project fo a week or two and have to figure it all out again. When you get in the groove don’t stop. Your truck is looking real good.

Alright, hopefully this should help. I'm not sure which year harness you have, but the idea should be pretty similar. This is for a later-model 40, but there are plenty of manuals here on mud for diagrams.

Hazard and flasher. If you are going the toyota way, you are running both through a single flasher, and combining the outputs. If you go the GM way, you run a flasher for each one, and then eventually combine outputs for both sides.

Dangernoodle you are the man! All the info you posted in one place too is awesome. I spent many countless hours to get all the info you posted. I am installing vintage air right now. I only work on my rig in the winter months so you guys are getting me fired up. Good job!

Glad to help. My vintage air was pretty quick to install. The only hiccup I ran into was I crossed one connector, which was an absolute pita to switch blind when fully installed. Don't be like me. Check your connections first. Figured that out the hard way when I couldn't get my heat to work at Cruise Moab when it was snowing and in the 20s, and I had only my bikini top on. Not the most fun.
