another caster problem (1 Viewer)

Hello all... I am working on my brothers 97 fzj80 collectors edition and here is my problem.

I put the ome j lift and i am about 6 degrees off caster. the bushings that came with the lift as i understand it will not move the caster enough, so i bought the slee caster plates. the plates will probably move the caster to much so here is my question. if after i install the plates and the caster is too far corrected, can i install the bushings up side down to put it back close? or will it move too much back? any advise will greatly be apprieciated. oh and by the way, i do work in a shop with an alignment machine so i can check everything as i go.

the plates should be fine for correcting caster for that amount of lift.

I just got the caster plates in and everything worked out great. got a perfect split at 2.4, up from -1.7!

people don't realize how consistent these trucks are when it comes to correcting caster.

Bet it drives great as well.

We like to run 2-2.5 deg castor on lifted 80's especially with bigger tyres.

We also like to run 1 deg neg camber.
