Love the license plate! I'm off Warm Springs but have not seen that one around. If you see me, honk! I would have tried to chase down that guy, in the 62 though, I'd never catch up.
Edit: That guy may be from California originally. I 'think' that's a California 4wd Association sticker in the window.

THAT is the FJ40 I passed on the 215 on the way to meet you guys for the Death Valley Run a few weeks ago. I noticed the plates too. It is a beautiful truck.
