Yes, I found detailed service records at a local dealership up until 2010, the timing belt was done at 110k

Wow...I feel like I got taken for a ride for my 1999...I paid almost 2X that...only difference was my milage was 114K...too late now.

Timing belt may need to be done again soon, so factor that in. Maybe you can get the dealer to throw that in with the purchase.

Check for rust, and make sure you are comfortable with interior... but at $4790... seems like a great deal. That'd go much higher in California.

If it wasn't transplanted from the rust belt, nor flooded in a hurricane, it looks like a screaming deal!

That would go for at least $8-9,000 near me. (Seattle area). Unless it’s beat to death in one way or another I’d say grab it.
