angled brake booster extender (1 Viewer)

I am putting a 2FE in a 1964 FJ40, I could of sworn that someone makes an extender to angle the booster away from the 3FE assembly, can anyone shed light on finding out who supply's this, I would like to use a 80 series booster.

One of the hotrod shows modded a JT Outfitters bracket to angle up.

Similar idea. I've not seen anyone market an angled extender though...
