I've totally given up on the local dealerships except for small items I need immediately. Pretty much just been using Colorado Springs and Olathe for my orders. The only complaint has been mistakes on orders. One order was missing a filter (I ordered 6 but only 5 were in the box). Another order had a wrong part pulled and shipped (they sent the right one immediately after). And most recently poor packaging resulted in bent parts but it was only minor and I was able to straighten out. They guy at the counter at Sandia asks me if I'm a teacher, doctor, military, law enforcement, nurse, and a few other jobs I can't remember trying to get me a discount but never lists anything I'm actually a member of so I don't get any discount unless he's in a good mood.
