13:00 - 1900 - ARV18 opens: Registration for guests and camp set-up
Dusk - Taps – Central Campfire Meet-N-Greet – Location: Shadowlands, Main Fire Ring

26 OCT 18, FRIDAY Sunrise: 07:35 Sunset: 18:32

08:00 - 17:00 – Registration re-opens for arriving guests.
09:00 – Event tracks commence.

>MTB Track – Leader: Jay Capers ( @mtnbike28 )– Location: OEX Uwharrie Training Center (UTC), Between the Barn and the Fence Line at the Entrance

09:00 – Bikers assemble at the designated location. Introduction and Safety Briefing.
09:30 – Depart for Uwharrie NF MTB Trails.
10:00 – Arrive at Trailhead.
13:00 – Arrive at Rendezvous site.

>OHV Trail Track – Leader: Tony Cerruto/Overland Experts – Location: UTC, Front Gate Entrance

09:00 – OHVs, drivers, and passengers gather at the designated location. Introduction and Safety Briefing.
09:30 – Assembled vehicles depart for Grand Overland District/Big Creek Rocks off-road driving location.
09:45 – Travel to off-road driving site.
10:00 – Vehicles arrive at site and have fun. TreadLightly!
12:00 - 12:40 – Trailside lunch – site TBD.
15:00 - Tentative finish of OHV trail ride. Vehicles prepare for highway travel and return.
15:30 – Arrive at Rendezvous.

09:45 – Travel to boat launch.
10:00 - Launch boats into Badin Lake and have fun.
12:00 - 12:40 – Lakeside lunch – site TBD.
14:00 - Tentative finish of float at the Badin Lake takeout, depending on shenanigans.
15:00 – Load watercraft and depart Badin Lake take-out for Rendezvous site.
15:30 – Arrive at Rendezvous site, Shadowlands, and off-load watercraft.

13:30 - 14:45 – On the trail healthy eating options and exercise strategies for optional nutrition and health for busy travelers.

SATURDAY - ALL APPALACHIAN RENDEZVOUS ATTENDEES Sunset: 18:31

15:00 – 17:00 - Personal time. Cooking time. Fire up the Dutch Ovens.
16:30 – Assemble for Camp Cooking Contest/Potluck. Location: Shadowlands Pavilion near main fire ring.
17:30 – Presentation of Donation to FirstHealth > ARV18 Raffle commences > Potluck winner announced.
18:00 – Evening routine > Shenanigans commence.

09:00 – Personal time; pack-up; leave Rendezvous site in better condition than how we received it.
