Ambulance Door Lock Base - WHERE TO FIND SPRING (1 Viewer)

The ambulance door lock base spring is really weak. I'd like to find a spring to replace the weak one.

I can buy a used one, but don't know how good the spring is in those.

Does anyone know where to find a spring for this?

My springs were pretty tired too. I went to Ace Hardware and they had a decent selection of springs so I compared the tired one to a couple different sizes and picked the one that was closest and gave pretty good resistance. Worked well.
