Ambulance door knob? (1 Viewer)

I have a set of ambulance doors with a strange inside handle. Does anyone know where this knob came from? It functions great and I have not had any issues with it. I was not sure if it was stock from another country or a very rare year that Toyota produced it? It could also be something a previous owner replaced the handle with. Any help would be great.

Not stock. Paddle handle gives it leverage.
