So I replaced the voltage regulator $50 reassembled everything
and retested, WHAT THE @#$% I said, same dang problem
After taking everything back out an apart to recheck the stator
I noticed one of the wires was loose, turns out one diode can
came apart. it tested ok but it was arcing internally under currant.
$2 diode and 3 days down time $50 for a part I did need, lets hope
the OME j's go in with out a hitch.
