My 12 volt cigarette lighter port is utilized for my Valentine 1 Radar detector. I know, who speeds in these tanks but with the directional arrows it’s fun on trips to identify radar traps ahead and helps on low speed issues when I’ve let my speed creep up.
But that left me with no way to charge my phone or add other devices like a dash can. So for a quick cheap fix while I’m procrastinating installing additional permanent ports I bought this device from Amazon. Locationally, it will fit in the weird cubby on the upper left side of the console so installation should look nice with minimal wires exposed. Thought some of you looking for a quick fix, might be interested.
