Are the locking hubs on a 84 fj60 a shared componenet on another vehicle by toyota? Need a passenger side assy.

solid axle mini truck uses the same, IFS mini truck uses the same knob and hub body but uses a different gear inside, that can be swapped around
also any locking hub from late 1979 thru 1990 will be the same,
it does not matter whether it is left or right.

or just get with Kurt @cruiseroutfit and buy a new one at a reasonable price.

Are you missing the hub entirely or is there something wrong with the one you have? They are not particularly complicated inside and generally pretty easy to clean up and put back into service.

Wow! And I thought I was crazy for thinking of how I could make a table out of a cracked 1F block!

Something is wrong. Friend of mine did some work and said I am missing something or another. It is pretty worn out as well.

I’d be very curious to see what it looks like inside. There are only a handful of pieces and really not much to wear. However someone might have put it back together incorrectly which is easy to do if you haven’t worked in one before.

If by chance the inner hub gears are the culprit of your hub issues... we do have those available.
