air pump question, (1 Viewer)

Hi, I replaced the air pump on my cruiser today. And I am not exactly sure where the output hose is supposed to go. Does it go to the air cleaner or does it go to that funky looking valve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Out goes to the funky valve. In is from the air cleaner.
