Air pump hoses

Hey guys,
So I am currently going through the cruiser engine bay(88 FJ62) and doing cleaning and tune up work and noticed this hose! It looks like it has some sort of communicable disease.

Its the hose that runs form the air valve to the air pump. I know they are discontinued and I was wondering what replacements you guys use besides used. I saw on one thread someone mentioned this silicone tubing: http://www.siliconehose.com/silicone-heater-hose/?sort=featured&page=2
Would this stuff work or is it the wrong tubing? Thanks a lot.

Anyone know what sizes (ID) the hoses are?

Hose ID 22mm- 7/8 in

I used something similar.

It's only been 6 months but it is holding up fine so far.
