I replaced my air intake hose and purchased it from Mr. Toyota. Of course it is of fine quality and fits perfect, but no where on it does it indicate it is a Toyota part?
Has Toyota gone aftermarket on some of their parts?

Definitely aftermarket. Obvious misspelling. I'd return it.

Definitely NOT aftermarket.

Definitely OEM.

TG manufactures a huge amount of rubber parts for the Land Cruiser vehicles.
You are no fun at all.

Thanks Onur for setting the matter straight. I have heard that Toyota is changing some of their manufacturers and parts that were once made in Japan maybe made in Vietnam. But, by all means are considered OEM.

Doesn’t matter where the part is manufactured.

If you buy it from a Toyota dealer, and it comes in Toyota packaging, it’s OEM Toyota.

Toyota has well over 500 suppliers just for the Land Cruiser series vehicles. And those suppliers have anywhere from 10-100 suppliers. Etc. Down the ladder in tiers.
