So you had all 4 wheels off the ground while activating AHC? Weird and glad that it worked for you, but isn't this normally a huge no no? (According to manual and warning labels next to the center console)

All 4 wheels were of the ground, yes.
But I activated the AHC pump only using the Active Test and Inspection procedure.
I did it because I wanted to to feel the system with the fluid.
After this, I put the truck back on the ground, and I ajusted the front and rear heights by bleeding slowly the front, then the rear.
Be carefull, don't put your head under the car, the car can drop down if you open wide the bleeder.
As I said it's just a temporary backup solution.

Unfortunately I never did. I just manually reset the codes and haven't had an issue since. Wish I could help
Hey man, first of all I think you are the Owl Expedition guy I installed your media mount a couple weeks ago and I love it. I made a YouTube video and tagged you on IG as well.

But the real reason I am writing is I am having the exact same problem as you with my AHC. Did yours continue to short after you reset it? When I reset my AHC it works great for a day, then inevitably when I go out 1 or 2 days later its back to the double flash when I try to go up or down. Reset and it works fine again.

I don't have the SLEE override, my wires are just cut, it was like that when I bought it. I re-taped the wires with electric tape very thoroughly, but it seems like it's still shorting somehow.

Any ideas?

Can you describe where the wires were cut? Any pictures of the reconnecting job?
Is your AHC off light flashing in the dash? Are any of the AHC fuses burnt?

Paging @IndroCruise and @suprarx7nut and
@uHu for their input

You need to determine the code being triggered. Without the code, this is all just shooting in the dark. There's a manual method and then the techstream method.

The wires are cut under the dash right next to the connector. I looked it up ands they are the correct wires to override the speed control on AHC. There is no reconnect job, the wires are just cut and and I re-taped them heavily with electrical tape.

AHC light is on N. If I press up it blinks up 2x and does nothing, if I press down it blinks down 2x and does nothing. Exactly the same as @Ramathorn15. The off light is unlit and remains unlit.

I checked all of the AHC fuses under the dash and under the hood. They looked fine, I didn't replace them because when I reset the AHC it works fine for a day or so.

Okay, I don't have a laptop so I have been avoiding trying to figure out how to get techstream to my driveway.

I do have a BlueDriver and it is registering no codes, but I am guessing there are multiple places to derive codes?

I'll get back with you guys after I figure out how to get some techstream results. but for anyone else that reads through this I have flushed the fluid using the guide from these forums.

Correct. You need more info than the basic OBD2 info. Techstream accomplishes that, but so do many other advanced readers. Blue Driver might, I'm not sure. But you need the AHC ECU specifically.

The manual method requires no scanner. I think the AHC light just blinks in a morse code type fashion. I'm not familiar with the process, but I'm sure it's posted on mud somewhere. Once you get the code(s) you'll have a much better shot at fixing the issue.

Thank you, I'll figure out the codes, by the way I ordered two of your titanium key kits and people comment on them all the time. The dealership guys thought they were the coolest thing ever.

Hi
I bought lx470 j100 series and I notice that 4 shocks were not available and also ahc module not available in vehicle
I have issue in ahc system I change all 4 shocks
And install AHC module
Car does not go up light stick in L
And I cam to notice AHC motor work for few sec and goes off
I can't find problem
Also this car does not have obd2 port
Only 22 pin obd port available under the hood

What year is your LX? Were the AHC shocks perviously removed? Were non-AHC shocks installed on the truck previously?
I wonder if you were missing more than just AHC rams and module.

Vehicle was park more then 10 year some one stolen all 4 shocks and AHC module
Model is 2000
Any how now I reach to next level is ahc pump work for 5 sec and the dies
I m facing these issue due to there is no obd2 port in vehicle only obd2 22 pins available under the hood near ahc pump
And that port give me no communication I m confused

OBD2 port is under the dash near driver's knee - have you looked there? Are there any wiring issues (chewed by rats etc)?

I ve seen failsafe mod (flashing) a few times
First excesse weight, on front. T-bar adjustors turned CCW to much. Try CW 4 turns each to, start then 3 or 4 more.
Bad AHC fluids, jells in plastics bottles.
A short or resistance issue. Look at volts in tech streams: 1 & 3. Should both read about 12volts.

Just reading through and doesn’t seem as though anyone answered this. If those wires were cut and not reconnected, you need to reconnect them. There is a video on YouTube of someone doing a AHC override and he shows the wires that he cuts to install a switch. Likely these were cut and just never reconnected. This will solve some of your problems.
