If you're not looking for lots of lift, try installing the OME stock height kit, and fresh OEM Tokico shocks. I gained about 1.5 inches of lift just by swapping out the old springs.

I now run 285/75's with the stock height kit, with an ARB bumper, TJM 12k winch and dual batteries. Also have a set of OPOR /Metal Tech sliders too. I've lost about 1/2" on the nose since adding all the weight. Pic attached is prior to spoiling the syn line, and adding the aux battery.

I think the ARB bumper looks great. That being said, I also think it is not a good bumper. It seems very light duty, has no recovery points, and is just not a strong bumper. I have one on my overland cruiser because it came with it. That being said, it might fit your needs.
