Aftermarket Distributor: ID please (1 Viewer)

I searched but did not get far. Don't flame me = I did try. I bought a used F engine that was in a 1968 FJ40. The engine has a distributor that I have never encountered before. I only have one lame photo. The distributor appears to have no points or condenser. The seller told me it required no separate components to function. I would like to find out the name of the manufacturer of this distributor and any opinions on it. Thank you
