EWWWWW...HARD Pass....if the interior is in this poor condition, i doubt the engine is any better...add $4k on top of your baselining budget is a safe bet. Sorta like judging a woman on how clean or tidy she is by judging the interior of her car...9 out of 10 times if the interior of her car is a mess, most likely her house is a mess also...lol
