Hi guys, I need some advice on how to repair or replace the pioneer six CD changer 86270-60114 in my wife’s 2006 Land Cruiser…it loads but won’t play. I can’t find a new one online and they didn’t work that well long term apparently
does anyone service them anymore? Or has Anyone swapped it for another cd changer that works with the dash touch screen?

Looks like cd changers have gone the way of the dinosaur. They are difficult to find anywhere.

I can't remember the last time I actually used the CD/DVD changer in my 2006 Lexus LX470. I've got an old VAIStech SL3B, that will emulate a CD or MD changer, or a more advanced GROM VLine, that will do CarPlay, or Native Android. I don't think that I would bother replacing my CD/DVD changer, if it died.
