I just put a 1.75” lift on my ‘96 80. I had a 30mm front coil spacer and I ended up getting exactly 3” of lift in front, 2”in back. My front axle is .625”(5/8”) off from center to the left(driver side in USA). How much length would I add to my new front adjustable panhard rod to center up my front axle?

Thanks for any input.

Do you want it centered at ride height or stuffed? If you want it centered at ride height, it may rub on one side when stuffed. If you want it centered when stuffed, you'll probably want to leave it as is but the only way to know for sure is to stuff each tire and see if one or both tires rub, and adjust accordingly.

I use a ratchet strap to set the truck to center (pulling the body of the truck over to center it on the axle) and then measure the length of the distance between the mounting points and install it. You can start at 5/8", but you'll still probably have to verify it as you go.
