adjust valves again? (1 Viewer)

3 moths ago, I had my valves adjusted (a big improvement concerning noise) on my 1979 BJ40 with stock B-eninge.
But now, 2000km's later, it makes as much noise as it used to, maybe slightly worse.

At slow speed (like 50km/h in 4th) it feels like it shackes a bit, but at higher rpm, it rides smooth (but makes more noise than 2 moths ago)

What can be the problem?

You might want to post this in the diesel section. Probably a little more expertise for the B engine.
