I've installed an aux battery system in with DC/DC charger in the side panel of my Dobinson drawer system. One of the last pieces of the puzzle is to place a 40 amp fuse near the vehicle battery.
Has anyone added a fuse to the under hood fuse box? And, is there a fuse that drops in to one of the open holes?
I need a 40 amp, and there appears to be plenty of open spots in the fuse box. Ideally, I would place one in one of the 1" wide locations near the front left.
