1976 FJ40. Can anyone confirm that there is something missing in the attached pic? I recently noticed my secondary was not working and it seems like the amount of slop here is preventing the full travel of the pedal to where the secondary never opens for the vacuum to kick in. I can manually work the throttle at the carb to see the secondary open slightly so I was looking to adjust the linkage and found this. I assume there is probably a bushing missing here maybe?

Thanks for the help, Mark

There’s a rubber bushing that goes there and is probably dry rotted or gone completely. I found some at McMaster that fit ok. Maybe OEM is still available though.
Thanks, I was just looking there. I was thinking maybe a nylon bushing with a push on retaining ring to keep it on the shaft?
