I noticed a few drops of water on my carpet the other and thought nothing of it.

I took a right turn and suddenly a stream of condensate came out from under the dash and splashed my wife with water in a cool stream.

What is blocked up under there to cause condensation to form under the dash? I've not seen any of these drips form when the AC is off and it doesn't smell or feel like coolant.

What's wrong?

I believe there is a little drain hose exiting the bottom of the AC condenser case that is probably blocked.

That or could possibly be the Heater core has a slight leak and what you got was some coolant that had been sitting in the core or hoses that came out.

Found something similar when I was doing my PT Cruiser seats last week... passenger floorboard was damp (not wet like drivers side).

if water...its the evaporator core.... there is small rubber hose on the firewall (engine side) and this can get stopped up..... take a thin piece of wire and run it gently up the hose to see if water drains out. Likely the evaporator core if water....unless there is some type of water leak otherwise.
