Exactly 20 hoursfrom start to finish, including tear down of the old bumper. Had a helper for most of it. It’s far from perfect, but it works for me. Tomorrow I will take it for a spin, when the paint has finished curing.

I have a question; where did you find your cup holder? I like it, I wanna buy one. Also, always admired folks who could do their own welding; so I'm planning on learning how at my local community college and adding the correct electrical upgrade in my garage. Your truck is coming along nicely.

Finished except for figuring out what to do with the AC dryer. Any suggestions?

I was tired of looking at my gas can carrier being off from my bad assembly. It had about a 5 degree droop front to back. I finally cut it apart and fixed it.

Finally serviced the rear axle. It is a good thing the inner seal had failed. There was no grease in the hubs. The bearings were in surprisingly good shape after running in 90 weight.
