A possible Stout sighting (1 Viewer)

I'm not a Toyota history buff but I'm pretty sure I spotted a Toyota Stout the other day. The first I have ever seen. I'm hoping someone can confirm. The pic isn't the best because it caught me off guard. I love the new Toyota windshield banner on a 50 year old truck. Spotted somewhere near Quilotoa, Ecuador.
