@Seth S Stan is just an old fart set in his ways and he more than likely already posted pictures in one of his build threads on where and how to whatever question you may have. @NCFJ :smokin:

That's Mr. Old Fart to you Tommy :)

Sugar got some new Toyota H4 lights and a new harness.

Last bit of Sugar's fuel system. Something very satisfying about making a fuel line that follows contours of the fire wall.

I bent up all the brake lines and the clutch line. The rear brake line runs on top of the frame to keep it away from exhaust.

Working on stereo hook up today. I replaced the OEM grommets and exposed taped wires with new grommets and accordion loom.

Sugar's first start up. Heading for exhaust shop Friday.
I love Vroom day!!!!!!!

Sugar has been buttoned up for the most part, AC hoses and the grill and headlight doors installed, a few little items and she is going home. Beautiful day for a first cruise today, weather was great. Cruising with the windows down and sunglasses on :)

My first manual trans swap, I love this thing. Same trans as in my 02 Dodge 2WD only Sugar has a whole lot more ummpphh! It runs out great, ran 5th gear 2200 RPM 75MPH on the interstate with the ease you have to experience to really get the feel. Go rent a Tahoe, take it for a cruise. Now picture yourself surrounded by an FJ60 body, rolling on an 80 series roller with disk brakes all around, progressive springs and OEM shocks. a couple people talked me up about it. General car guys are becoming Toyota "Wagon" fans.

I really like this truck, I like shifting gears, down shifting and have had a manual vehicle of one kind or another all my life. This truck is planned to work for a living, serving as a daily driver along with camping and I believe hunting duties.

1st tank of gas filled it estimated 3/4 full plus whatever is left of initial ten gallons and it lined right up with what the gas gauge said.

Nice touch on the turn signals:lol:

Seriously though, the truck looks really good. That manual will be fun.

Thank you. The manual is fun for sure.
