A couple of quick measurements..PLEASE!!

I'm piecing my rusted tub back together after kissing an oak tree and need a couple of measurements for a sanity ck from a pre 75 FJ40.

Bed width between wheel wells? 40"?

Tail gate opening height(bed floor up to top most edge of quarter support: 15"?

The tub is so far gone I literally creating a frame to hang some new metal on. I place on using a rear hatch from a 74 and want it to match up correctly.

Hey bud, I measure 41" from wheel well to well at its widest point (not rib to rib) and I measure 14.75" on the height, but mine has had some work so that could be off by a little bit for the height. Sorry I can't be anymore help.

Thanks! I have to weld the corner supports somewhere. Mine was so bad I was guessing 40" and 15"

1973 JF40, 40.5 wheel well to wheel well (maybe a skosh more), 15 on the height with 14.5 on the flat inner part of the rail edge.
