The pulley is grinding on the bracket. Removed it some time ago and trying to put it back together. Noticed this just now. It scraps on the bracket. What's missing or wrong here?

Disregard. I had the washer/spacer that should be on the back side on the front. Had both washer things together. Kinda messed up this one
