Has anyone ever seen this unit before? The issue I am having is:

A. When I turn the knob that says on/cool selection.. the one One left.
*turn knob all the way to the right, it turns off.. no air.
*with knob turned all the way to left, I turn the air control all the way to right, it barely blows.

It blows cold air just fine, just not fast at all.

So not sure why I turn the left knob all the way to the right, it turns off. Like the opposite of what it says.

The front panel says “President”......could not find anything on it.

Help is greatly appreciative.

Hi, Knobs may have been loosened ,pull front cover and reset them. Coil may be clogged up or fan brushes are worn down,pull fan and check. Mike

Motor brushes likely culprit if this is using the original fan motor in the engine compartment...but agree, check the knob orientation as well 1st..low hanging fruit

The likely hood of finding motor brush replacements....highly unlikely .
Going to check the other this weekend, hopefully that’s it
