I'll be servicing my 62's A/C with Duracool 12a, but since I can't for a life of me find a hose fitting that'll mate to the 3/16 SAE fitting on the high pressure port of the factory compressor (got one more avenue to try from a local hose supplier, but not counting on it) and I've had crap luck with adapters, I'm thinking I'll go ahead and convert the fittings to the more modern quick disconnect style used in R134a conversions. Problem is I'm right back where I started; trying to find a fitting that'll mate to the 3/16 SAE high side fitting.

Those of you who've converted to R134a, what brand and P/N fittings did you use on your compressor?

Edit: Did some more digging and found Murray P/N 59978 for the high pressure and P/N 59976 for the low pressure service ports. Still going to see if I can get just a 3/16 SAE fitting crimped onto my high pressure service hose, but if I can't I'll go this route. Figured I'd share in case anyone else needs this info.
