what I believe to be my coolant fan just starting making a horrendous noise. I’m thinking it’s a bad fan clutch without getting in there. Was also just in some nasty -25 F degree conditions that froze the cruiser up, haven’t had any overheating issues since.

Any thoughts? Below is a link to a video showing the fan and noise.

check and most likely replace the fan bracket and fan clutch
-25 shoot, we had no issue at -40 back in Dec

did the engine overheat?

The engine did not overheat... Actually running a little cold when descending mountain passes.

I second the fan bracket. Mine just went out the other day and it made one of the worst noises I've heard. I opted to do the water pump and timing belt while it was apart.
