98’ with CEL in San Antonio (1 Viewer)

My wife is in San Antonio for a few months. The CEL just came on and autozone can’t find the port. I tried my best to walk her through it. Is anyone around able to help? Not time critical.

Update: I tested the obd terminal pins. I'm not sure if I numbered them in the correct order vs factory but you get the idea. Positions 3 & 4 I get nothing from. I also checked obd fuse on panel with key on & it shows 0.15 vdc.

Finally got codes. Verified my suspicion that it’s an O2 sensor.
