My 98 is doing something funny. Everything works as it should. Only part that's misbehaving is the 3rd knob that controls the fan speed. It just won't turn off in the "off" position. Any thoughts? All other positions work like they should. The fan just blows "low" in the "off" position. The "auto" position also works.
