It is the full set, arm rests, center console, head rests, all included.

How is the quality compared to OEM?

Lseat leather I would consider to be really good quality. It is not as great as katzkin, but it’s also considerably less expensive. The OEM leather is different than any of the replacement leather available. Lseat has a good name throughout the Mud! forums.
